Partnerships
Stellar Resource considers collaborations that fit its editorial focus on materials, objects and design. Partnerships should be useful to readers and clearly distinguishable from independent editorial work.
Possible collaborations
We consider clearly defined collaborations such as labelled partner features, relevant resource placements and other standing partner placements. A proposal should explain its subject, intended audience, proposed format and the material or design connection that makes it a fit.
Clear labelling
Partner-created content, paid placements and other commercial material are identified clearly. Readers should be able to recognise the relationship without having to infer it from the wording or placement.
Editorial boundaries
Partnerships do not guarantee coverage or a favourable opinion in independent editorial work. We may decline proposals that do not fit the publication, blur the line between advertising and editorial or ask for claims we cannot responsibly present.
Make a proposal
Use the Contact page and choose the partnership option. Describe the proposed collaboration and any placement requested; we will consider it for fit without implying acceptance or a particular outcome.
Materials shape how things feel and endure
A material is never just a finish. Its character affects how an object is made, handled, cared for and kept.
